99 Percent

I worked my ass off to get into the top public university in the world. I am only 17, but I go to school full time and work. At home, I almost beg to be taken to the doctor when I'm sick--but that's not always possible unless it's vital because we can't afford it.I still had to take out loans, despite being in an incredibly low income bracket. I pay 30,000 US a year to go here, and that's as an instate student, never mind my international and out of state friends. I still live moderately comfortably. I will never say my life is bad, but I will say that I am the 99%.

If you make less than $250,000 a year, you are too, regardless of how much you work or how optimistically you view your situation. _{Please excuse me, I've seen this number, but I may be incorrect. If I am, I would adore to have the proper amount.}

Occupy Wall Street is protesting the wealth disparities in the US and the level of corporate intervention in our government.

To those asking what it will help: it will open the conversation, force people to see what's happening, and demand that we get together and find a solution.

I support this. I am the 99%.
